Prospect Park LogoSoapdom has learned that production company, Prospect Park, inked a deal today with the Writers Guild (WGA) for scribes to begin working on the resurected All My Children and One Life to Live to air on The Online Network.  This is great news not only for the two soap operas which will be the anchor shows for this new online programming platform, but for any other shows that the network develops down the line.

Deals with the Director's Guild (DGA) and the Screen Actors Guild/Amerian Federation of Television and Radio Artists  (SAG/AFTRA) were completed in December.

We have not heard if deals with the IATSE Labor union have been sealed, or if the production company is planning on a union crew.

In a statement released earlier this week, Prospect Park co-founders Rich Frank and Jeff Kwatinetz announced they brought on Jenniffer Pepperman to executive produce One Life to Live; Ginger Smith as EP of All My Children, and Foz McDermott is heading production for The Online Network.  Agnes Nixon, creator of both soaps has been tapped to consult.  They also confirmed they had secured the necessary financing and distribution, which we hear will be in conjunction with the Hulu platform.

Stars of both shows are being approached and deals are being extended. Production is expected to begin in February.  The shows could be back on the air as early as mid March.

LoCicero returned to her home state of Michigan for a meet and greet at the North American International Auto Show at Detroit's Cobo Center.

The event was part of Detroit's local ABC station, WXYZ Channel 7's 'Family Day' at the Auto Show.

It was positively frigid in Detroit on Friday. LoCicero, a Michigan native, told me she
